Key responsibilities

Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive, professional service.

Present menus and explain dishes, drinks and daily specials.

Take accurate food and beverage orders.

Serve food and drinks efficiently and in accordance with resort standards.

Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve concerns appropriately.

Maintain excellent knowledge of menus, allergens and dietary requirements.

Prepare and reset tables to the required standard.
-
Process guest bills and payments accurately where required.
-
Maintain clean, organised and well-presented dining and service areas.
-
Communicate effectively with kitchen, bar and management teams.

Follow food hygiene, health and safety, licensing and resort procedures.
-
Support colleagues across the Food & Beverage department during busy periods.

Undertake any other reasonable duties associated with the role.

About the role
Lough Erne Resort is seeking friendly, professional and enthusiastic waiting staff to join our Food & Beverage team.
As a Waiter/Waitress, you will help deliver the exceptional service expected at a five-star resort. You will welcome guests, take food and beverage orders, serve meals and drinks, and ensure every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience.
Previous hospitality experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided. We are looking for people with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for looking after guests.
