We are looking for an exceptional Food and Beverage Manager to lead our talented and dedicated F&B team. About the role

Role Overview:

As the Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire food and beverage operations at the resort. From managing daily operations to ensuring exceptional guest experiences, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the resort’s reputation for excellence. You will also collaborate with senior management to drive profitability, deliver a consistently high standard of service, and motivate a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all food and beverage departments, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Drive and maintain high standards of service across all outlets (restaurants, bars, events, room service).
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance guest experience and increase revenue.
  • Oversee menu planning, costing, and quality control in line with Lough Erne's high standards.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a team of F&B professionals, ensuring they deliver exceptional service.
  • Monitor and manage the department’s budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and profitability.
  • Liaise with suppliers and vendors to maintain quality and sustainability in product sourcing.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety, hygiene, and licensing laws.
  • Build strong working relationships with other departments to provide a seamless guest experience.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in a managerial role within a luxury food and beverage environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent knowledge of food and beverage trends, operational best practices, and budgeting.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional service and exceeding guest expectations.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • A relevant qualification in hospitality management is desirable.
