TES are an award-winning environmental engineering company specialising in Water Treatment and Power Distribution solutions. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Contracts Administrator to join our team on a 12 month temporary basis.
About the role
- To support the contracts manager with all compliance, data and information for project controls and cost forecasts
- To liaise with subcontractors/suppliers
- Monitor reports and KPIs relating to the contract administration function and assist in regular contract reviews
- Organise and manage labour information to enable staff to carry out reactive and planned preventative maintenance works
- Compile and forward maintenance reports to clients
- Attend meetings with clients where necessary
- Organise materials to meet contractual programme of works
- Order materials and raise the associated purchase orders to ensure each job is invoiced accordingly
- Communicate with clients and suppliers to ensure that all requests are handled within the service level agreed, recorded and appropriate action is taken
- Ensure that engineers paperwork is completed on time
- Any other duties conducive to the post which are deemed to be within capability
