Chestnut Manor Care Home is looking for a confident and compassionate Clinical Deputy Manager to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced deputy who is ready to play a key leadership role within the home, working alongside the Home Manager to ensure residents receive the highest standards of care, support and dignity.

As Clinical Deputy Manager, you will:
- Support the Home Manager with the day‑to‑day running of the home
- Lead, supervise and inspire the nursing and care teams
- Provide strong clinical leadership and guidance
- Oversee care planning and clinical standards
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations and policies
- Support staff recruitment, training and development
- Complete and oversee clinical audits, including medication and care plans
- Build positive relationships with residents, families and healthcare professionals
- Act as a role model for high-quality care and effective leadership
- Support the Home Manager and take responsibility for the home in their absence

Required Criteria:
- Qualification as a Registered General Nurse with a current and valid NMC pin number
- A minimum of 3 years management experience within a care home setting
- Strong clinical skills with an understanding of CQC requirements, Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults, HSE (Health & Safety Executive) requirements and other relevant legislation
- Excellent communication with a positive, flexible and innovative attitude
- Well organised with the ability to multi task in a fast‑paced environment
