We are actively seeking four passionate and dedicated full-time Community Care Assistants to enrich lives across the Mansfield and Ashfield neighbourhoods. In this vital full-time role, you will be a key part of a compassionate team, making a profound difference every day. We offer a secure 40-hour weekly contract, with a competitive salary starting from £25,000 and on-target earnings of £30,000–£35,000. Your role involves travelling between client homes, for which we provide comprehensive support including paid travel time and mileage expenses, ensuring you are fully valued as you deliver exceptional care in your local community.

About the role

As a Community Care Assistant, you will deliver essential, compassionate support that truly matters. Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Providing personal care (washing, dressing, mobility assistance).
  • Delivering sensitive incontinence care.
  • Supporting clients with medication administration.
  • Assisting with moving and handling, utilising equipment safely.
  • Offering companionship, domestic support, and shopping assistance.
  • Providing empathetic end-of-life care, focusing on dignity and comfort.

We empower our team with comprehensive training, including a two-day induction and optional shadow shifts, making this role ideal for both experienced professionals and those new to care.
