Business Support Assistant to join our dedicated care home team at Woodside Grange.

This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for an individual looking to build a career in administration and customer service within a truly rewarding environment.

About the role

As a Business Support Assistant, your day will be dynamic and varied.

You'll be the welcoming face of the care home, managing the reception, answering calls, and assisting visitors.

A significant part of your role involves providing vital administrative support, including managing records, handling correspondence, and ordering supplies.

You'll also have the chance to get creative by helping the Activities Team plan and promote resident events, from seasonal celebrations to community group visits.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A friendly, approachable and professional manner.
  • Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.

  • Previous experience of working in a similar environment.
  • Experience of working with service users who have additional support needs.
  • Previous experience in a customer service, reception or administrative role.
  • Understanding of confidentiality and data protection requirements.
