Essential Requirements for this Care Job
To be successful in thissupport worker role, you will need:

A minimum of12 months' experience in a Complex Care role(with adults or children).

Proven competency inclinical skillssuch astracheostomy care, PEG feeding, and ventilator management.

Confidence in usingdigital care planning systems.
-
Excellentcommunication skillsand a calm, resilient and professional attitude.
-
Avalid UK driving licenceand access to your own vehicle.

Eligibility towork in the UK.
Desirable Qualifications

NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care(Adults or Children).

CurrentFirst Aid training.
About the role
Your Responsibilities as a Complex Care Worker
In this vitalhealth and social carerole, you will be responsible for providing sophisticated clinical care and daily support. Your key duties will include:

Delivering high-qualitycomplex clinical care, including:
-
PEG Feedingand management.
-
Tracheostomy Care.
-
Ventilator and BiPAP Management.
-
Spinal Injury Support.
-
Cough Assist and Oxygen Therapy.
-

Supporting clients withdaily living skillsto promote independence and well-being.
-
Maintaining accuratedigital care plans, risk assessments, and incident reports.
-
Working collaboratively withfamilies, carers, and multi-disciplinary teams (MDTs)to ensure consistent, safe and effective care.
Required Criteria
- Confidence in using digital care planning systems.
- Excellent communication skills and a calm, resilient and professional attitude.
- A valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
Desired Criteria
- NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (Adults or Children).
- Current First Aid training.
