Customer Service Coordinator
We are currently recruiting a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Coordinator to join our Bangor team.
This varied role combines both Service and Parts responsibilities, acting as a key link between our customers and Workshop team. You’ll coordinate service bookings, keep customers informed throughout their vehicle journey, manage parts enquiries and orders, and help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of both areas.
About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, online bookings and face-to-face.
- Schedule service appointments and manage vehicle drop-offs and collections.
- Liaise between customers and technicians regarding vehicle requirements, repair progress and timelines.
- Advise on vehicle parts, providing information on pricing, availability and delivery times.
- Manage parts orders, stock levels and returns, ensuring systems and records are kept up to date.
- Work closely with the Workshop to ensure parts are available for scheduled work and communicate any delays.
- Assist with warranty claims and administration, ensuring all relevant information is accurately recorded and processed in line with manufacturer requirements.
- Promote relevant products and services where appropriate.
- Process sales and payments accurately and maintain strong customer relationships.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a customer-facing, administrative, warehouse, stores or similar environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail.
- Confident IT skills and the ability to learn new systems.
- An interest in or understanding of vehicles and vehicle parts would be beneficial.
- A proactive team player who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Previous automotive experience would be advantageous, but full training will be provided.
