About the Role

This is a hands-on, rewarding role where no two days are the same. You’ll support individuals in their own homes to live safely, comfortably, and independently. You will:

  • Provide personal care (washing, dressing, mobility support)
  • Support with meals, medication prompts, and daily routines
  • Assist individuals with autism and complex needs
  • Support with clinical tasks (e.g. PEG feeding, tracheostomy – training provided)
  • Promote independence, dignity, and choice
  • Build positive relationships with clients and families
  • Maintain accurate care records

  • Caring, reliable, and compassionate individuals
