We are a large Care company that still manages to maintain that warm family feel, with great support networks to include regular supervision, coaching, and mentoring for our staff.

We keep our homes small for that personal touch and to ensure a person-centred approach for each person that lives with us.

Whitehaven is a registered care home with 11 beds and currently has 11 lovely people residing with us who receive support from our friendly kind staff team, we would love you to join the team.

We are looking to hire committed and compassionate staff to join our friendly, professional team, whether you have experience or not.

We will offer NVQ upon passing of probation., Our staff, support adults with mental ill-health conditions and learning disabilities in a care home environment, including supporting with daily living skill development, personal care, community-based activities, and working with some behaviours which may present as challenging.
