Westgate House Care Centre in Ware, Hertfordshire, is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team on a permanent basis. You will assess, advise and rehabilitate residents discharged from hospital as part of our rehabilitation pathway within a nursing home setting.
You will be HCPC registered with a BSc (Hons) OT, possess strong communication and teamwork, and take a proactive, compassionate approach to care while supporting discharge planning and training for care staff.
