We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as a Care Assistant at our home.

Experience is not essential, but desired, as training will be provided along with a comprehensive induction program.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing care and support to residents in our home
  • Assisting with daily activities such as personal care, dressing, mealtime support, and mobility.
  • Monitoring and recording residents' physical and emotional well-being
  • Engaging in activities with residents to promote socialization and mental and emotional stimulation
  • Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families
  • Collaborating with the care & nursing team to ensure high-quality care is delivered
  • Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents
