As Team Leader, you'll lead shifts, support and mentor staff, and oversee day-to-day operations.

You'll act as the link to management, conduct supervisions, and step in as Key Worker when needed.,

We require candidates to have gained NVQ Level 3/4 in Children and Young People within 2 years of working in a children's residential setting.

  • Lead shifts and maintain high standards of care
  • Support care planning, assessments, and reviews
  • Organise activities and outings for young people
  • Work with external professionals and agencies
  • Ensure accurate records and oversee documentation
  • Promote best practice in line with policies and SOP
  • Level 3/4 in Children & Young People
  • 2+ years' residential childcare experience
  • NVQ Level 3 or 4 Children and Young Peoples Workforce or equivalent
  • 2 years' experience supporting young people in a children's residential setting
  • Driving Licence
