Providing direct care and support to clients in their homes or community settings.

Assisting with personal care tasks, such as bathing and dressing.

Administering medications.

Monitor and record clients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns.

Assist with meal planning and preparation.

Carry out moving and assisting techniques specific to the clients needs.

Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, fostering a positive and nurturing environment

A valid drivers licence and access to own vehicle is essential for this role, Are you a care assistant with at least 2 years' experience?
