The predicted salary is between 20250 - 24750 Β£ per year.
Duties include,
- Assist with all aspects of daily living, including personal care
- Support with mobility, repositioning, and manual handling
- Administer medication and support with clinical tasks (where trained)
β’ Provide specialist care such as
- Support clients with appointments and community access (driving where required)
- Deliver compassionate, person-centred care in line with care plans
- Assist with personal care, mobility, nutrition, and daily activities
- Promote independence, dignity, and emotional wellbeing
- Maintain accurate care documentation
- Build trusting relationships with clients and families
- Follow all health & safety regulations and company policies
- Caring nature and genuine desire to help others
- 6+ months care experience (essential)
- Knowledge of epilepsy & challenging behaviour (preferred)
- A compassionate, patient, and dependable approach
- Strong verbal and written English skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Basic IT skills for completing documentation
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred)
