We're recruiting caring, reliable Home Care Assistants to support adults in their own homes with personal care, meal support, medication prompts, companionship, and helping clients stay independent.
This is a hands-on, person-centred role where no two days are the same.
You will be supporting individuals in their own homes, helping them live safely, comfortably, and with dignity.
You will
- Provide personal care including washing, dressing, feeding, and mobility support
- Support individuals with autism by understanding routines, communication needs, and behaviours
- Assist with complex care needs such as PEG feeding, tracheostomy and ventilated care (training provided)
- Promote independence, choice, and dignity at all times
- Build positive relationships with service users and their families
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate care records and follow care plans
- Respond calmly and safely to behaviours of concern where required
This role can be physically demanding but is incredibly rewarding.
You will always be supported by a dedicated and experienced team.
