You will help prepare our holiday accommodation to ensure every guest arrives to a clean, spotless and welcoming lodge.,
- Clean and prepare lodges and other accommodation units to company standards for guest arrivals.
- Change bed linen and make beds neatly.
- Thoroughly clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas.
- Vacuum, dust, mop floors and wipe down all surfaces.
- Ensure each accommodation unit is presented to a high standard before check-in.
- Guest Experience
- Make sure all accommodation feels clean, welcoming and presentable for guests.
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to management.
- Maintain cleanliness in communal areas when required.
- Help ensure guests receive a positive first impression when arriving at their accommodation.
- Team Support
- Work collaboratively with other housekeeping team members, particularly during busy changeover days.
- Support supervisors in preparing accommodation efficiently within allocated timeframes.
- Follow company cleaning checklists, procedures and standards consistently.
- Maintain a positive and helpful approach when working as part of the wider park team.
- Health & Safety
- Use cleaning products and equipment safely and as instructed.
- Store cleaning materials safely and appropriately.
- Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures at all times.
- Report any hazards, accidents or incidents promptly to management.
