To support the Care Manager in ensuring a caring and supportive environment for Caremark's clients through the delivery of consistently high standards of professional care and support. To assist in managing and developing the staff team, maintaining quality standards and supporting the effective day-to-day management of the service.

Supporting the Care Manager with the day-to-day running of the service:

  • Ensuring clients receive high-quality, person-centred care through effective care planning and reviews.
  • Monitoring care quality through spot checks, audits and quality assurance.
  • Supporting the recruitment, supervision, development and performance of staff.
  • Promoting strong communication, teamwork and high standards across the care team.
  • Responding to client, family and staff queries, including complaints, incidents and safeguarding concerns.
  • Maintaining accurate care records and supporting compliance with CQC requirements.
  • Working closely with the Care Coordinator and Field Care Supervisor to ensure the smooth running of the service.
  • Supporting risk management and continuous improvement.
  • Supporting the growth and development of the business.
  • Participating in the on-call rota.
