Supporting the Care Manager with the day-to-day running of the service:
- Ensuring clients receive high-quality, person-centred care through effective care planning and reviews.
- Monitoring care quality through spot checks, audits and quality assurance.
- Supporting the recruitment, supervision, development and performance of staff.
- Promoting strong communication, teamwork and high standards across the care team.
- Responding to client, family and staff queries, including complaints, incidents and safeguarding concerns.
- Maintaining accurate care records and supporting compliance with CQC requirements.
- Working closely with the Care Coordinator and Field Care Supervisor to ensure the smooth running of the service.
- Supporting risk management and continuous improvement.
- Supporting the growth and development of the business.
- Participating in the on-call rota.
