As a Community Healthcare Assistant, you will provide high-quality domiciliary care and home care support to clients within their own homes across the BCP area. Your role may include:

  • Personal care
  • Medication support
  • Companionship
  • Meal preparation
  • Dementia support
  • Assisting with daily living
  • Promoting independence and well-being
  • Travelling between clients in the community

This is a community-based role where no two days are the same.

Working Hours Flexible shifts are available:

  • Full-time
  • Part-time
  • Morning shifts
  • Evening shifts
  • Weekend availability

Typical care calls may begin from around 7am. We will work with your availability where possible, but flexibility is important. Applicants should ideally be available for alternate weekends and some evening work.

Experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, Healthcare Assistant, Carer, Community Carer, Domiciliary Care Worker or Support Practitioner is welcomed but not essential.
