We are looking for a pro-active and positive Domestic / Laundry Assistants to join our family.

We are looking for individuals who share our values, have an interest in helping others, a can-do attitude and who will treat the people we support with care, compassion and respect.

  • Ability to work in a team, a caring nature and a positive attitude
  • An understanding of Health and Safety, Infection Control and COSHH
  • Previous experience of working in a similar position is desirable but not essential
  • 30 hours per week
  • 8:00am to 4:00pm, covering 4 shifts over 7, must be flexible to cover alternate weekends
  • £12.71 per hour, plus 50p p/h weekend enhancement
  • To clean all assigned rooms, paying close attention to all surfaces, floors and en-suite bathrooms
  • Maintain and replenish all cleaning products
  • Ensure that all equipment is clean, well maintained and stored properly
  • Adhere to Health and Safety procedures, ensuring that all company operational standards are met in line with quality, cleanliness, infection control, health and safety and business needs
  • Ensure that all public areas and staff facilities meet company standards at all times
  • Ensure that all maintenance issues are reported immediately and followed up as required
