Join our dynamic Hire Team, to assist in maintaining our range of units and attending customer sites to establish faults and repair.

As a Mobile Service Engineer, you will be pivotal in ensuring the operational excellence of our modular fleet.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Diagnosing and resolving mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues across our diverse range of cabins, modular units, and welfare facilities.
  • Executing comprehensive maintenance tasks, from joinery work like replacing wall boards and fitting doors, to performing roof repairs and replacing fixtures.
  • Conducting on-site installation and dismantling of units, including the erection and removal of staircases and link units.
  • Managing necessary documentation and professionally communicating chargeable call-out information to customers, supported by full training.
  • Key Skills & Qualities
  • A highly adaptable and organised individual with a keen attitude and the ability to manage multiple site visits efficiently.
  • A skilled problem-solver with a 'fix it first time' approach, demonstrating strong practical skills across various trades.
  • Self-motivated, capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Possessing excellent communication skills, enabling professional interaction with clients.
  • Experience in site accommodation hire, installation, and maintenance is highly advantageous.
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Presentable with an excellent customer service attitude.
  • Skills in plumbing, joinery and electrics (would suit a handyman/woman).
  • Ability to perform maintenance on a range of units.
  • Must hold a valid driving license.
