You'll orchestrate seamless operations by coordinating with various departments and Group companies, ensuring efficient workflows and supporting your colleagues. About the role
Key Responsibilities:

Manage customer quotations and equipment hire contracts, ensuring accurate processing.

Efficiently handle equipment on/off hires and maintain meticulous records.

Champion customer satisfaction, collaborating with departments for seamless service delivery.

Provide practical problem-solving support and uphold robust administrative standards.

Demonstrate exemplary telephone etiquette and actively contribute to a productive team.

Proven experience in a service-related role, adept at managing telephone inquiries.
