Titanic Hotel Belfast is seeking an experienced Assistant Reservations Manager to lead day-to-day reservations operations and supervise the reservations team. You will take ownership of accurate handling and conversion of individual and group enquiries, supporting revenue strategy and delivering excellent guest service.
Based at the Titanic Quarter, this role requires strong leadership, knowledge of Opera Cloud or similar PMS, and a passion for upselling while protecting the guest experience.
