Key is a leading social care organisation that provides high quality, flexible support, to people with disabilities, some of whom have complex needs. We provide Self-Directed Support that has a clear focus on positive outcomes, tailored to meet individual needs of the people we support.
We are seeking a highly motivated, imaginative, and enthusiastic individual, with a true commitment to personalisation, to join our established, integrated management team in Dumbarton.

About the role
As a Team Manager at Key, you will play a pivotal role in delivering our mission of personalised care. You will lead and manage a dedicated team of support workers, ensuring they provide exceptional, tailored assistance to individuals with diverse support needs, gifts, and talents. This includes providing some direct support to individuals yourself, allowing you to maintain a direct connection to the impact of your work.
Working within our established and supportive management team, you will take a lead in planning, coordinating, and monitoring support services. Your expertise will ensure that every individual's journey is supported through Self-Directed Support, focusing on achieving positive, person-centred outcomes. This role offers the chance to empower both individuals and your team, shaping meaningful experiences and fostering independence.
The post includes evening and weekend working as well as support to local managers and other workers out with normal working hours.
