- Leading and mentoring cleaning teams across multiple sites, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Conducting comprehensive site inspections and rigorous quality checks to uphold our standards.
- Providing practical, hands-on cleaning support and cover as operational needs dictate.
- Proactively managing cleaning stock, materials, and equipment to ensure efficiency.
- Ensuring strict adherence to health and safety protocols, COSHH regulations, and Kindred's operational guidelines.
- Cultivating strong, positive relationships with site contacts and colleagues. Successful candidates will be required to undertake an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS)
- Manual UK Driving License required., Previous cleaning or supervising experience.
- Holder of a valid UK driving license.
- Can reliably commute throughout working area.
- Able to complete the physical demands of the role with reasonable adjustments.
- Complete tasks within a specified timeframe.
- An ability to communicate in English, although English as a first language is not a requirement., Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Ability to follow cleaning schedules, site instructions, and company procedures.
- Previous experience in a cleaning role.
- Ability to travel between multiple sites as part of the role.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Basic understanding of health and safety in a cleaning environment.
Desired criteria
- First aid, manual handling, or health and safety training.
- Basic IT skills, including use of mobile apps, email, or digital reporting systems.
- Confidence dealing with client or site contact queries.
- Knowledge of COSHH procedures.
- Experience working across multiple sites.
