We are looking for a professional, friendly and passionate Spa Therapist to join our team at Hawkchurch Resort & Spa on a permanent, part-time basis. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality spa and beauty treatments, creating a relaxing and welcoming experience for every guest. - Deliver a range of spa and beauty treatments to a high professional standard.
- Carry out consultations and tailor treatments to individual guest needs.
- Provide a warm, friendly and professional service at all times.
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms to a high standard.
- Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation.
- Ensure equipment and products are clean, safe and ready for use.
- Manage guest bookings and respond to enquiries professionally.
- Promote spa treatments, packages, facilities and retail products.
- Support the achievement of spa sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate treatment records and client consultation forms.
- Work closely with the spa team to ensure the smooth running of the department.
- Follow all company, health and safety and treatment procedures. Level 3 NVQ/Diploma in Beauty Therapy or equivalent qualification (essential).
- Previous experience in a spa, salon, hotel or similar environment is desirable.
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Friendly, professional and confident manner.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High standards of personal presentation, cleanliness and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible and reliable approach to working hours.
