Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to be part of a dedicated team in a rewarding environment? The Pharmacy department at Sheffield Children’s Hospital is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Pharmacy Assistant to join our team and help us deliver a top-quality service to patients.
What You’ll Need
- GPHC Approved L2 Pharmacy Qualification (or willingness to work towards)
- GCSEs in English and Maths, or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills
- Team focussed, and able to complete tasks independently
- Previous hospital experience is not essential, as full training will be provided.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Support the receipt, processing, and provision of pharmaceutical supplies in the Stores department
- Help with ward drug top-ups
- Work on the Dispensary Reception, receiving prescriptions and providing excellent customer service
- Handle busy enquiry lines
- Contribute to a safe and efficient pharmacy service for patients
