Delivering voices over the internet has always been a hard problem. Compound that by also needing to provide the “brain” behind the voice, now that’s complexity!

Getting it right means giving businesses an always available team mate who can talk to customers, take orders, book appointments, and even chase invoices whilst the rest of the team puts in the in-person work.

Getting it wrong is not an option.

Not for this team. They work hard to delight their customers, and it shows in their growing revenue.

If you would like to be part of a team that is already shipping a world-class Voice AI product and help them scale, then this is the role for you.

Who you are;

• Experienced full-stack engineer with a product mindset
• Strong in one of Python or Typescript
• Experienced in solving hard problems
• Someone who wants to put in the work

What you will do

• Build event-driven systems
• Build integrations
• Build experiments and decide when to scale them and when to kill them
• Build for your customers. Delight them. Show them what is possible.

What does it pay? Up to £130 000 + Equity of between 1- 1.5%

In the office? Yes, 5 days a week. The current team enjoys working that way and they won’t change for you.
