This role is for you if you are:
- A Systems Thinker: You critically assess existing structures, understanding why before deciding how to reshape them.
- An Owner: When you spot a bug, you don’t file a ticket — you take responsibility for the solution, whether it’s a quick fix or a full architectural overhaul.
- A First-Principles Engineer: You thrive on breaking problems down to their core principles, even if it means discarding established "standards."
- A Polyglot Builder: You’re comfortable switching between Python-based AI pipelines and React frontends, with databases firmly in your wheelhouse.
You’ll be tackling multiple frontiers at once:
- Scaling with Ease: Architecting atop a Foundation Model that scales as smoothly as the product vision.
- Staying Ahead: Solving the "Stickiness Paradox" by refining an interface and features that users don’t even know they need yet.
- TTS/STT - plus video: Developing a stack that can seamlessly convert speech, music, and video to text and vice versa.
