What Will You Build?
- Python-powered core infrastructure for ingesting, processing and analysing massive real-time data streams; think millions of cost and revenue events daily.
- Reliable APIs and streaming pipelines that support complex analytics and live dashboards for insight and transparency.
- Machine learning backbone for anomaly detection, predictive margin analysis, and scalable attribution graphs.
- Close collaboration with founding engineers—defining product standards and influencing company direction from the ground up.
Who’s the Ideal Fit?
- Knack for figuring out hard problems, moving quickly, and handling the creative chaos of early-stage product development.
- Minimum 3+ years building and scaling distributed, data-heavy backend systems in production environments.
- Advanced Python and experience with real-time event-driven architecture, modern SQL/NoSQL databases, REST/GraphQL APIs, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Obsession with reliability, scalability, security, and observability in backend systems.
- Bonus: Experience with machine learning infrastructure or agentic AI.
