Seeking a proactive, detail‑oriented Rental Relocation Assistant to support clients through their rental journey in London. This role is ideal for motivated individuals seeking experience in lettings, negotiation, and client relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and understand clients’ rental requirements.
- Respond to rental enquiries and support client communication in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with researching, filtering, and shortlisting suitable rental properties.
- Contact letting agents to check availability, arrange viewings, and coordinate communication between clients and agents.
- Assist with preparing rental application documents and tracking application progress.
- Follow up on the rental process until the client successfully secures a property.

- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00, with a 1‑hour unpaid lunch break.
- Location: On‑site at our Canary Wharf office. Remote work is not available for this role.
