Role Overview
DXC Technology is hiring a Senior ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead the technical design, scoping, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. The position focuses on translating client needs into technical designs, mentoring team members, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring solutions align with DXC standards and client goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical delivery and design user-centered, practical, and scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior architects across onshore and offshore teams.
- Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems using tools like Integration Hub, SSO, Web Services, LDAP, and JDBC.
- Deliver solution demonstrations to clients and collaborate across teams to resolve complex technical challenges.
- Contribute to DXC’s ServiceNow product roadmap, global ServiceNow community, and internal networks.
- Continuous learning and maintenance of ServiceNow platform knowledge and certifications.
Key Requirements
- Vetting: Must be a sole national eligible for security clearance.
- Experience: Proven consulting or professional services background with a track record of delivering ServiceNow projects as a Solution Architect within agile or traditional environments.
- Certified ServiceNow System Administrator
- Certified Implementation Specialist (in at least one product suite)
- ITIL Foundation (v3 or v4)
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, collaboration, and relationship-building capabilities.
