An exciting new French restaurant is opening its doors, and we're building a brigade to match its ambition. Led by a Head Chef with an exceptional Michelin background including time at Galvin's and The Savoy, this is a kitchen where craft, precision, and passion come first.
Our menu celebrates traditional French cooking with a modern twist: classic techniques and respect for great produce, reimagined with flair and contemporary finesse.
We're recruiting across the brigade:
- Chef de Partie for talented chefs ready to own their section and learn from the very best.
- Senior Chef de Partie for experienced chefs who lead by example and help drive consistency and standards on the pass.
- Junior Sous Chef for ambitious chefs ready to step up, support the senior team, and grow into kitchen leadership.
This is more than one opening. It's an exciting international independent group with a second site launching in January, which means real, tangible opportunities to progress whether you join as a Chef de Partie aiming for Senior Chef de Partie, or as a Senior Chef de Partie with your sights set on a Junior Sous role and beyond.
