Our client is scaling globally, and with rapid growth across their tech teams, this role has been created to support their Infrastructure function. You\'ll play a central role in driving hiring across London, US, Dubai, Singapore and beyond.

The Tech Talent Partner will:
- Own end-to-end recruitment for Technical hiring across global locations
- Build strategic relationships with hiring managers to shape and refine hiring plans
- Drive direct sourcing across multiple channels to attract top-tier tech talent
- Lead briefing meetings, ensuring clarity around role expectations and timelines
- Work closely with HR Generalists to ensure seamless onboarding and handover
The Tech Talent Partner will:
- Bring solid in-house talent acquisition experience in tech or FS
- Be confident managing multiple stakeholders across time zones
- Use data and insight to guide decision-making and reporting
- Be well-versed in Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS best practice
- Be an excellent communicator – both written and verbal
The Tech Talent Partner will benefit from:
