✨ Talent Partner – Contract (12 Months)

£70,000 to £80,000 DOE

Fully remote | Ad hoc travel to London, Harrogate or Coventry

This is a brilliant opportunity to lead talent acquisition in a business shifting from traditional industry roots to a product-led, tech-driven model. You’ll report to the CEO and HR Manager and own end-to-end hiring across product, data, engineering and commercial.

The Talent Partner will...

  • Lead direct hiring for 10-12 business-critical roles across QS, tech, product, sales and data
  • Partner with hiring managers to refine briefs and shape the recruitment process
  • Own sourcing, headhunting and candidate engagement across multiple channels
  • Support EVP, employer brand and candidate experience initiatives
  • Influence onboarding, diversity and hiring workflow improvements alongside HR

You will bring...

  • 4+ years of strong agency or in-house recruitment background; confident delivering in fast-paced environments covering construction and quantity surveying roles
  • Proven success hiring across technical and commercial roles
  • A proactive, hands-on sourcing style-you don’t wait for candidates to come to you
  • Clear communication and the ability to build trust at senior level
  • Experience shaping hiring processes and tooling (ATS, workflows, data)
  • A commercial mindset and passion for building teams with long-term impact
