Our client, a global entertainment company, is growing its operations within a dynamic new division. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation that prioritises innovation, people development, and sustainable growth.
The role sits within the Exec Talent team, who look after the top c. 250 employees in the organisation. This role is focussed on gathering data, metrics and data visualisation for Talent review processes, focussing on data accessibility and visualisation.
The Talent Management Data Partner will play a pivotal role in streamlining data processes, optimising reporting, and managing high-impact projects within the Senior Talent team. This role offers the chance to collaborate with senior stakeholders and influence strategic decision-making in a global organisation.
The Talent Management Data Partner will:
- Develop a streamlined approach to managing Senior Talent data, ensuring security, compliance, and accessibility.
- Oversee supplier onboarding and procurement processes for the Senior Talent team.
- Support bi-annual Divisional Talent Review processes by partnering with Talent Directors across divisions.
- Deliver insightful reports and dashboards, translating data into actionable insights for leadership teams.
- Drive and manage specialist projects aligned with strategic business goals.
Essential Skills:
- Proven experience in talent management or similar roles involving complex data management.
- Expertise in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Strong ability to analyse and present data through compelling storytelling.
- Proficient in project management and managing competing priorities.
- Previous experience in a global business with a federated model.
