Our client is a fast-growing, global B2B marketplace transforming its industry through innovation and efficiency. Experiencing rapid expansion, they are now seeking a driven Talent Executive to play a key role in attracting top-tier professionals and shaping a world-class workforce. There is huge scope for progression, to come in as a delivery-centric IC, while getting involved in high-impact projects such as employer branding, process improvement, talent events etc.

The Talent Executive will:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer management, across multiple verticals – you will be hiring across all non-tech roles – Sales, Marketing, Biz Ops, Business, Finance etc.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand talent needs and drive hiring strategies.
• Source active and passive candidates through creative, multi-channel sourcing methods.
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and transparency.
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent.

Essential Skills:

• Proven experience in high-volume recruitment (c.20 roles at a time).
• Working with VC backed scale-ups, understanding of this market. (Inhouse or Agency)
• Strong experience recruiting across global markets, including the US (Spain and South Africa beneficial).
• Ability to prioritise multiple roles and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Expertise in headhunting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
