Talent Executive (non-tech)
£55,000 | Remote, UK | High-Growth B2B Marketplace
Our client is a fast-growing, global B2B marketplace transforming its industry through innovation and efficiency. Experiencing rapid expansion, they are now seeking a driven Talent Executive to play a key role in attracting top-tier professionals and shaping a world-class workforce. There is huge scope for progression, to come in as a delivery-centric IC, while getting involved in high-impact projects such as employer branding, process improvement, talent events etc.
The Talent Executive will:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer management, across multiple verticals – you will be hiring across all non-tech roles – Sales, Marketing, Biz Ops, Business, Finance etc.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand talent needs and drive hiring strategies.
- Source active and passive candidates through creative, multi-channel sourcing methods.
- Ensure an outstanding candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and transparency.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
Essential Skills:
- Proven experience in high-volume recruitment (c.20 roles at a time).
- Working with VC backed scale-ups, understanding of this market. (Inhouse or Agency)
- Strong experience recruiting across global markets, including the US (Spain and South Africa beneficial).
- Ability to prioritise multiple roles and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in headhunting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
