Job Title: Talent Development Manager Salary Range: £80,000-£100,000 Location: Hybrid, London (One day a week in the office) I am super excited to be working another role in a start-up team, within one of my longest standing, growing clients in the entertainment space. This role sits in the Exec Talent Team, directly influencing the growth and development of over 150 leaders globally. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact initiatives across divisions, partnering with key stakeholders to drive talent development, reporting, and performance management. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, collaborating with senior leaders and teams to ensure the business’s talent pipeline is aligned with its strategic goals. The Talent Development Manager will: Lead the coordination and delivery of global senior talent initiatives, ensuring alignment with business needs. Actively contribute to the planning and execution of key talent programmes. Support in preparing for key executive talent forums and divisional talent reviews. Build relationships with internal stakeholders to drive performance and succession planning. Track and report, being data-led with decisions, using these to influence key performance indicators for senior talent development. The Talent Development Manager will have: Experience in senior or executive talent management in a global or federated business. Ability to work in ambiguous environments, able to prioritise and pivot when needed. Proven track record of managing complex talent programmes and projects – involving direct and vendor management. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. The majority of stakeholders you will be working with will be CPO and above. Confidence and ability to deputise when Director of Exec Talent is away. The Talent Development Manager role offers: Salary of up to £100,000 Bonus of up to 20% Unlimited holiday allowance.
