As Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of their engineering and product organisation. You’ll work directly with founders, senior leaders, and hiring managers to design and execute talent strategies that attract and retain true A-players across the tech spectrum.
What you’ll do:
- Own full-cycle recruitment across key technical domains including software engineering, product, and data
- Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and translate them into strategic hiring roadmaps
- Build creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top-tier talent from both the UK and global markets
- Champion the employer brand, embedding the business’s values of accountability, deep care, and continuous feedback into every interaction
- Drive process improvements and leverage technology to enhance candidate experience and hiring efficiency
