Weβre hiring experienced Executive Search professionals to join a high-performing in-house talent team delivering on senior global mandates across the US, China, Europe, and emerging markets.
This is an opportunity to be part of a strategic build-out of internal executive hiring capability working directly with business leaders to deliver VP and SVP-level roles globally .
12-month FTC
- Β£85,000 + 15% completion bonus
- 3β5 yearsβ executive search experience (in-house or search firm)
- Lead 6β7 active searches at a time
- Manage full-cycle retained-style processes (briefing, longlist, shortlist, candidate management)
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver business-critical roles
- Location : 1 day/week in West London (Hybrid)
