Senior People Business Partner – Product ideally forged in a consulting environment and sharpened within high-growth technology or SaaS businesses; someone who understands what it truly takes to scale Product and Engineering teams in complex, global environments. You will own the end-to-end people strategy for the Product function, partnering directly with senior Product and Engineering leaders to shape organisational design, capability build, performance, and culture as the business continues to scale. This role sits at the intersection of commercial growth, product innovation, and technical excellence. You will be a trusted advisor, challenging, influencing, and enabling leadership to build high-performing, resilient, and scalable teams. You will deliver:
- Own and drive the people strategy for Product and Engineering, aligning talent priorities to commercial and product roadmaps.
- Partner with senior Product leaders on organisational design, workforce planning, and capability build to support scale.
- Lead performance, reward, and review cycles across a highly skilled technical population.
- Build competency frameworks tailored to Product and Engineering roles; creating clarity around progression, capability, and impact.
- Coach and influence senior leaders through change, growth, and transformation initiatives.
- Navigate and resolve complex employee relations matters with confidence and sound commercial judgement.
- Use data and insight to inform decision-making across talent, engagement, setting the standard for strategic business partnering.
You will have:
- Consulting-Grade Strategic Thinking - You may have trained in a Big 4 or top-tier consulting environment; or have equivalent exposure to global, matrixed, high-performance organisations. You understand how to operate at executive level and are comfortable managing complexity.
- Proven Experience Scaling Tech - you understand growth levers, margins, investment decisions, and how people strategy directly impacts product delivery and revenue.
- Transformation - challenging where necessary and influencing with confidence.
- Resilience - ensuring capability, culture, and performance evolve in line with ambitious growth targets.
