The People function plays a central role in this journey, balancing operational excellence with a progressive, inclusive approach to employee experience.
The People Operations Coordinator will sit within a collaborative People team, supporting the full employee lifecycle and acting as a first point of contact for people-related queries. This is a varied, hands-on role offering exposure across people operations, systems, onboarding, learning support and people projects. The People Operations Coordinator will suit someone who enjoys working at pace, values accuracy, and is keen to build a long-term career in the people profession.
The People Operations Coordinator will:
- Manage day-to-day people administration across the full employee lifecycle.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee and manager queries via ticketing system, email and in person.
- Maintain accurate people data across HR systems, ensuring GDPR compliance.
- Support payroll, benefits and mobility administration alongside the People Operations Manager.
- Contribute to people projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Essential skills:
- Experience in an HR Administrator, HR Assistant or People Operations role.
- Experience looking after payroll administration from a HR Lens.
- Strong customer service mindset with clear communication skills.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Genuine interest in developing a career in people and HR.
