💰 Salary: Up to £90k + up to 15% bonus

As they continue to scale, they seek a Senior People Business Partner to drive their people strategy, partnering closely with their Tech and Product OR GTM teams to enable growth and innovation.
The Senior People Business Partner will shape and lead the people strategy for either Tech & Product OR the Go To Market function globally, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-moving, people-first environment.
- Drive the people strategy, aligning initiatives with business objectives.
- Partner with senior leaders to develop high-impact talent and engagement strategies.
- Lead key people initiatives, including compensation, performance management, and organisational development.
- Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations cases and coach managers on best practices.
- Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimise people-focused solutions.
Essential Skills
- Proven experience as a Senior People Business Partner within a scale-up technology business.
- Must have extensive experience supporting either Tech and Product OR Go To Market function.
- Strong ability to influence and partner with senior leadership and C-suite executives.
- Expertise in managing complex employee relations cases and fostering high-performance cultures.
- Experience leading transformation and change management initiatives.
- Agile, results-driven approach with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
