The Senior People Business Partner will shape and lead the people strategy for either Tech & Product OR the Go To Market function globally, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-moving, people-first environment.

  • Expertise in managing complex employee relations cases and fostering high-performance cultures.
  • Experience leading transformation and change management initiatives.
  • Agile, results-driven approach with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
