💰 Salary: Up to £100k + up to 15% bonus

The Lead Business Partner GTM will shape and lead the people strategy for the Go To Market function globally, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-moving, people-first environment.

• Drive the people strategy, aligning initiatives with business objectives.
• Partner with senior leaders to develop high-impact talent and engagement strategies.
• Lead key people initiatives, including compensation, performance management, and organisational development.
• Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations cases and coach C Suite on best practices.
• Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimise people-focused solutions.

Essential Skills

• Proven experience as a Senior People Business Partner within a scale-up technology or consultancy business.
• Must have extensive experience supporting the Go To Market function globally.
• Strong ability to influence and partner with senior leadership and C-suite executives.
• Expertise in managing complex employee relations cases and fostering high-performance cultures.
• Experience leading transformation and change management initiatives.
• Agile, results-driven approach with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
