As they continue to scale, they seek a People Partner for Product to drive their people strategy, partnering closely with their Product teams and the Chief Product Officer to enable growth and innovation.
The People Partner for Product will shape and lead the people strategy for the Product function globally, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive the people strategy, aligning initiatives with business objectives.
- Partner with the Chief Product Officer and senior leaders to develop high-impact talent and engagement strategies.
- Lead key people initiatives, including compensation, performance management, and organisational development.
- Develop and implement the Performance Framework, ensuring it drives clarity, accountability, and high performance across the Product function.
- Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations cases and coach C-Suite on best practices.
- Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimise people-focused solutions.
Essential Skills
- Proven experience as a People Partner within a scale-up technology or consultancy business.
- Must have supported a Product team directly, ideally in collaboration with Technology or Engineering but Product must be you key group.
- Strong ability to influence and partner with senior leadership and C-suite executives.
- Expertise in managing complex employee relations cases and fostering high-performance cultures.
- Agile, results-driven approach with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
