What You'll Do:

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process for Sales roles across Europe from intake to offer.
  • Partner with Sales leaders to define scorecards, interview loops, and SLAs, ensuring alignment and quality.
  • Build personal-based sourcing plans and collaborate with Employer Branding to craft targeted messaging.
  • Champion candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and a high standard of engagement.
  • Leverage automation and TA tools (e.g. Greenhouse and Looker) to improve efficiency and consistency.
  • Drive weekly funnel reviews, highlight insights, and partner with stakeholders to remove blockers.

You’ll Be Great for This Role If You:

  • Bring hands-on experience in high-volume Sales recruitment, ideally across multiple European markets.
  • Have a proven track record in structured hiring (scorecards, interviewer training, data-driven decision-making).
  • Excel at building relationships with stakeholders and influencing hiring managers as a trusted advisor.
  • Use data and insights to guide hiring strategy and continuously improve funnel performance.
  • Have strong communication and prioritisation skills, thriving in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
  • Are naturally curious, proactive, and motivated by creating great candidate and stakeholder experiences.
