The role

  • You’ll be at the heart of the People function - owning key processes, supporting a fast-moving business, and helping shape the employee experience from day one.
  • You’ll be trusted to:
  • Be the first point of contact for all HR queries - setting the tone for a great employee experience
  • Run end-to-end recruitment coordination (and get close to hiring decisions)
  • Own onboarding and offboarding - making sure every joiner and leaver has a seamless journey
  • Support the hiring and management of 400+ Student Brand Managers annually
  • Keep HR data, reporting and compliance sharp and up to date
  • Get involved in projects across engagement, policy and People initiatives

What you’ll bring
