This is a newly created position offering broad exposure across HR operations, onboarding, people data, compliance and people projects. Expect a pacey, collaborative culture with real autonomy; you will be central to driving structure, clarity and consistency as the organisation continues to scale.

You will be the heartbeat of people operations, ensuring accuracy and momentum across core HR processes. Key activity includes:

• Maintaining team records, data integrity including HR system updates.
• Sitting in and maanging all ER cases and projects.
