Learning and Development Manager
Seekhr has partnered with a scaling tech business in the data infrastructure space to L&D director. Operating across the UK and Europe, this business finds itself on a huge upwards trajectory.
We are looking for an inspiring, experienced leader in the L&D space to build a forward thinking, AI and tech driven L&D plan for their diverse workforce.
This role centres on building their L&D function from scratch; inputting an LMS, offering training at all levels and facilitating knowledge transfer in their business. They are highly ambitious-and this person needs to match their energy.
We are looking for someone who has built out L&D functions from scratch previously-servicing a diverse workforce from engineers out on the road, to senior leadership in their offices. Someone who can handle the challenges of this undertaking, who understands L&Ds importance through hyper growth, operating with ambiguity whilst building a future proof plan and contributing the EVP of the business.
💸 £80,000-£95,000 DOE
📍 London with occasional travel, Hybrid role

Your role:
- Develop and implement learning programmes aligned to business priorities including onboarding, leadership and technical skills
- Lead the design and delivery of bespoke leadership development frameworks for emerging and senior leaders
- Partner with department leads and People Partners to identify skill gaps and create targeted learning pathways, in the future building a small team
- Own the onboarding framework, ensuring consistency and scalability across functions and geographies
- Champion a growth mindset culture and drive engagement in learning across all levels of the business
About you:
- You have proven experience designing and delivering end-to-end L&D programmes in high-growth environments
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and digital learning tools including LMS platforms
- Exceptional facilitation and communication skills; able to influence and engage senior stakeholders
- A data-led approach with the ability to analyse learning needs and evaluate programme effectiveness
- Experience working across geographies and functions; a collaborative and proactive mindset
